Software as a Service / Document creation
Netsend works as an output management solution. The system takes data streams from any accounting software, rationalises and reorders it then merges it into the appropriate templates according to the content.
The process results in perfectly laid out PDF documents ready for delivery and archiving to the document repository.
Common packages we work from include SAP, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks, JD Edwards,
Tempest and Great Plains.
We build a custom data map (parser) for each data stream so can work from the output of any system in its original raw format - that is the data format your system already produces.
At the initial design stage we build the document templates from scratch to match your existing paper documents. During this process many of our customers take the opportunity to improve the layout and enhance it with additional data (such as bank remit details).
Because the template is electronically created it is easier and faster to change than pre-printed stationery.
- Netsend will work with your existing data format. There is no need to change it.
- You do not need to develop or upgrade your software.
