Netsend stores your documents online

All documents processed by Netsend are stored online in a secure archive.
The archive is specific to each of our clients and fully branded with their corporate livery.

The online archive can be accessed by staff and customers 24/7 and is particularly useful way for customers to 'self-serve' themselves to copy documents.

The user can perform the following tasks;

Search for documents using date, document number, document type, name of company.
Sort documents within a list by column headings (date, name etc.)
View the document online in PDF format.
Print and save copies to a local directory.
Send a copy via email, fax or post direct from screen.
Over stamp the document prior to sending with stamps of your choice (approved, paid etc).
Mark documents as read, unread, hidden etc.
Delete documents (admin level only)
Select and save multiple documents into one PDF file.

The archive can be accessed via any browser using standard web technology as is auto-populated during the document creation and delivery process.

Access is restricted and secured using a username / password logon.
The site is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layers) - the industry standard protection for all secure websites.
