Netsend provides full delivery reports detailing the complete life cycle of the document including deliveries and delivery attempts.
All information is time and date stamped and can be searched using a combination of multiple criteria including date, account code, document number etc.
The delivery report is available as a CSV file export.
Activity within Netsend such as logons, document viewing and copy fulfilment is all recorded in an audit log, again time and date stamped. This provides full audit trails of recipient activity and can be exported in CSV format.
